Shelly started with Wireless World in 2002 as a Sales Associate bringing with her 2 years prior cellular experience. In 2008, after some time off to be with her family, she was promoted to Manager of the Hornell location. In 2009, she was promoted to Manager of the Bath location as well as awarded Employee of the Year for 2008!
In the 1st quarter of 2010, Wireless World was #1 in customer service. Shelly has always strived to give the best possible service at her locations and the staff she has on her team prove that. "Treat every customer as if they were your best friend, and provide them with the best possible deal and service possible!"
Shelly resides in Almond, N.Y. with her husband Charlie, and children Bella and Liberty. Off duty, she enjoys karaoke, snowmobiling, and spending time with her family.
